Hello, my name is Terry Markwell. I have spent 30 years designing beautiful, practical, desirable homes.  I grew up in Arizona, then lived, studied and absorbed local design traditions in Europe, Asia, Australia, California and now New Mexico.  I have worked in a variety of architectural, design, and landscape styles.

I have transformed tens of houses from overwhelming and cluttered spaces into true residences, homes with harmony and proportion, clean lines and organized spaces for singles, couples, families and their pets.  In the process, I have enhanced both the beauty, functionality and value of every house I have worked on with tools of harmony and proportion, clean lines and organized spaces.
